Whempify does not authorize any download, access, registration, or use of the Services by any foreign corporation, foreign business entity, foreign organization, or business located, organized, operating, or doing business outside the USA. Whempify does not offer the Services to, accept users from, or do business with foreign businesses outside the USA.

You should not upload, transmit, store, or otherwise provide through the Services any information subject to specialized legal or regulatory protections unless expressly authorized in writing by Whempify, including:

• Payment card numbers

• Government-issued identification numbers

The Services are not designed, intended, or represented as compliant with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GLBA, or similar specialized regulatory frameworks.

You are responsible for any prohibited data submitted to the Services.

The Services may use artificial intelligence, statistical models, predictive analytics, automated scoring, and third-party data sources to generate:

Information provided to the Services may be processed by these technologies to operate and improve the Services.

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific business. You should independently review outputs before acting on them.

Whempify does not intentionally permit Customer Data to be used to train publicly available third-party artificial intelligence models.

The Services may incorporate information from government agencies, census data, weather services, mapping providers, public databases, commercial data providers, artificial intelligence providers, analytics providers, and other sources that support ZIP intelligence and market analysis.

We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of third-party data.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, security, email delivery, customer support, artificial intelligence processing, storage, monitoring, and business operations.

We may also disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, investigate misuse, protect users, protect public safety, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate restructuring, or asset transfer.

The Services are offered for American (USA) businesses only. Whempify does not authorize foreign corporations or foreign businesses outside the USA to download, access, register for, or use the Services.

Whempify may create and use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified information derived from use of the Services.

This information does not identify individual users or businesses and may be used for analytics, benchmarking, product development, model improvement, scoring methodology, market research, and improving the Services.

Aggregated, anonymized, benchmark, statistical, trend, scoring, and de-identified information generated through operation of the Services may be used by Whempify for lawful business purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, protect security, prevent misuse, and support business operations.

Information may remain in backups, archives, logs, and disaster recovery systems after deletion from active systems.

Upon verified request and subject to legal, security, backup, archival, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and compliance needs, Whempify will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete Customer Data from active production systems within a reasonable period.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and promptly notifying Whempify of suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, or objection regarding certain personal information.

You may contact Whempify using the information below to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Some information may be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, backup, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
